  18. The game Duke Nukem runs at about 75 percent of its normal speed under
  19. Windows NT.

  24. This problem is caused by the way Duke Nukem issues interrupts by
  25. increasing the timer rate.

  30. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version
  31. 3.1. We are researching this problem and will post new information
